- Downward-Facing Dog Pose:
Start on all fours, with your hands directly below your shoulders and your knees directly below your hips. Spread your palms and press down into the floor as you lift your knees away from the ground. At the same time, press your hips up and back, straightening your legs. Keep your neck long and your head between your upper arms. Hold for five breaths.
- Chair Pose:
Start in Mountain Pose with your feet together. Bend your knees and squat down, bringing your thighs parallel to the ground. Bring your hands together in prayer position in front of your chest. Hold for five breaths.
- Camel Pose:
Start in Table Top Pose. Place your hands on your lower back, with your fingers pointing down. Press your hips forward and up, and then arch your back, reaching for your heels. Hold for five breaths.
- Bridge Pose:
Lie flat on your back with your feet flat on the ground and shoulder-width apart. Bring your heels as close to your glutes as possible. Lift your torso and hips off the ground, and clasp your hands together underneath your body. Hold for five breaths.
- Warrior I Pose:
Start in Mountain Pose with your feet together. Step your left foot back about 3 feet and turn your left heel in so that your toes are pointing to the right. Bend your left knee so that your thigh is parallel to the ground and your shin is perpendicular to the ground. Reach your arms overhead and clasp your hands together. Hold for five breaths.
