  1. You should always wash your hair with toxin free shampoo.
  2. Use natural oil care product .
  3. Add indian goosberries in your food it helps you to regrow hair and strenghthen the hair roots.
  4. Eat omega 3 rich food like fish , ghee , ashwagandha , shatawari.
  5. Make a serum of 3 things which required you basically for nourishing your hair 1)curry leaves 2)fenugreek seeds ginger
  6. Take a 5-6 curry leaves and 2 tablespoon of fenugreek seed and 1 piece of chopped ginger
  7. Grind this mixture well and filtered it well. Before every hairwash apply toxinfree hairoil on hair like castor oil or virgin coconut oil then apply ginger curry leaves serum on it gently massage it on scalp
  8. And apply remaining mixture on scalp and leave it for 2-3 hours then wash your hair with shampoo.
  9. For best shampoo make it at home take a 5-7 dried amla (indian goosberries) , 7..8 shikhakhai pieces (Acacia concinna), and 4-5 pieces of Ritha (Sapindus mukorossi) ‘
  10. Add these above items to 200 ml of water in a container boil it for 10 min on a high flame. Filter this water and use it for washing of scalp and take a shower .
  11. Use this remedy twice or thrice in a week . our body needs internal diet also for hair health and clean and healthy liver is the best sign of stop hairloss.
  12. Have a beetroot and allovera juice on a daily basis improves liver health for that I will suggest you some DHT blocking foods like fish , pumpkeen seeds , ghee etc.
