Make a helathy diet
*always take a fresh veggie and fruits in your diet
*drink enough water and have a sufficient sleep
*take oats in diet and khajoor also
*take 1 glass of milk and add 2 spoons of mixture of dryfruit in it and drink
*for making mixture of dry fruit
*take 20 almonds 20 cashew and 3 table spoon pistachio and grind it well thats it
